Hi.
How to convert 30 fps to 24 fps without changing movie speed/duration?

If your source is telecine your could use IVTC.
Otherwise you could:

• use Filtering->Vapoursynth->Other->Restore->sRestore and set Frate to 24fps. (check the different Omodes)
  
• use Filtering->Vapoursynth->Other->Select Every with for example (Cycle '5' and Offsets '1 2 3 4' to drop every the 5th frame)
  
• use Filtering->Avisynth->Frame->Restore->sRestore and set Frate to 24fps. (check the different Omodes)
  
• use Filtering->Avisynth->Frame->Select Every with for example (Cycle '5' and Offsets '1 2 3 4' to drop every the 5th frame)
  
• use Filtering->Speed Change->Speed Settings->Scale output frame rate and set it to 24fps
  

There might be other ways supported by Hybrid which I just don't think about right now.
