I fixed the "nonyuy2clipin" problem, by including AnimeIVTC, problem is the avisynth script then simply crashes.
-> looking into it

Okay, problem is that there somewhere is a bug in QTGMC handling 4:2:2 content -> will force 4:2:0 in Avisynth.
Site note: I would recommend to use Vapoursynth instead to preserve 4:2:2 unless you plan to encode to 4:2:0 anyways.

Will send you a link to a dev version which enforces 4:2:0.

Okay, found the problem nnedi3 was buggy, replaced it with another version and I could enable 4:2:2 handling without a problem.
(send you a link to an adjusted version)
