Which X265 settings the fastet to keep the original picture from the .mkv but let only interpolate the frames to 60?

With default settings i encode very long and the picture gets a another look as original.
But the 60fps with smoother motion works Smile
You always loose quality when reencoding unless you use lossless compression which will increase the size a log when recompressing already compressed streams.
The default settings are a good start in general. Disabling 'x265->Base->Loop Filter->Sample Adaptive Offset' will help with detail preservation but increase file size.
