The greyed out tonemap in the ffmpeg tab is a bug, I know what it is I just didn't have the time to fix it.

Send you a link to a dev version which should fix the ffmpeg tonemap detection.
Side note: Mixing FFmpeg and Vapoursynth filters might not work so it's either use Vapoursynth or FFmpeg for filtering.
