RE: Hardware resize/upscale - humanoid86 - 18.02.2023 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sdz4fge_AutwbaSQcouLwellOyTg-RXs/view?usp=share_link when choosing the menu doesn't change nothing is changing RE: Hardware resize/upscale - Selur - 18.02.2023 Nothing under 'Crop/Resize' should change. Like I wrote multiple times, the NVEncC setting only overwrites the default value set through the Crop/Resize-tab. The command does change (to '--vpp-resize super' in your case), this is the only thing that should change. Cu Selur RE: Hardware resize/upscale - humanoid86 - 18.02.2023 will have to use other software for upscale with Hardware encoder RE: Hardware resize/upscale - Selur - 18.02.2023 Seems like it. (Apparently I don't get what you are looking for.) Cu Selur RE: Hardware resize/upscale - humanoid86 - 20.02.2023 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dTRTlnMqHRo7-MV3zXyJgOldzCAdMWxP/view?usp=share_link from these methods? what good upscaling old videos? RE: Hardware resize/upscale - Selur - 20.02.2023 None of these is meant for super-resolution upscaling, better look at the Vapoursynth or Avisynth resizers. If you have a modern NVIDIA card, I could also send you a link to Hybrids torch-addon, which adds a bunch of ai trained filters, like ESRGAN, BasicVSR++, SCUNet. Also note that often before upscaling proper filtering should be done. Side note: 'Old videos' doesn't say anything of the nature or the quality of the videos. So that statement, doesn't really say much. Cu Selur RE: Hardware resize/upscale - humanoid86 - 20.02.2023 OK thanks so I asked to add - hardware encoder RE: Hardware resize/upscale - humanoid86 - 20.02.2023 by the way ![]() RE: Hardware resize/upscale - Selur - 20.02.2023 (20.02.2023, 07:48)humanoid86 Wrote: so I asked to add - hardware encoderBut it is still totally unclear what you mean by 'to add - hardware encoder'. There is no resizer that is named 'hardware encoder'. I have no clue what you want to say by linking to the other thread about filtering an .avi file. ![]() Cu Selur |
