I had the same problem with G-Force BD. I switched to tsMuxer for stream extraction inside Hybrid and it corrected the problem!

where is the stream extraction in hybrid?which tab?

He disabled "Config->Extraction->Prefer ffmpeg for extraction from transport streams" which then causes Hybrid to fall back to using tsMuxeR for stream extractions from transport streams.
