In the "latest" SVT-AV1-enc app ,CRF can be increased by .25 !
See :
--crf Constant Rate Factor value, setting this value is similar to `--rc 0 --aq-mode 2 --qp x`. Compared to `--qp`, `--crf` can take a value up to 70, and can be set in 0.25 increments, default is 35 [1-70]
Can you please add it to Hybrid ?

=> uploaded a new dev which should support max 70 and 0.25 stepping when crf is used.

--chroma-qm-min Min chroma quant matrix flatness, default is 8 [0-15]
--chroma-qm-max Max chroma quant matrix flatness, default is 15 [0-15]Cu Selur
