What is the correct order for these filters? Because it works, but I get green tints sometimes, and when I remove Decross, it works.

Decross > Deinterlace > Crop > QTGMCFilter > BasicVSR++ > CCD > Resize

Order should be alright.
You might be able to fix color bleeding caused by DeCross by adjusting the settings.

Hi, thanks again for your help!
The QTGMC Input 3 method works well overall. However, on some scenes it sometimes creates black line artifacts (I’ve attached a screenshot for reference).
Also, regarding the "Decross" settings, what values would be the most optimal for my video?
Thanks in advance!

About DeCross: No clue, you will have to try.
For QTGMC:
That doesn't really look like something I would associate with QTGMC, but
a. try Input mode 2
b. try whether using another 'source matching' value helps

As a side note: Have you tried using LUTDeRainbow instead of DeCross?

Yes, I did use another filter, but I’m not sure if the settings are correct.
I’ve attached a sample of the source video so you can take a look and see if there’s a way to fix the issue.
Thanks again for your help!

When I use QTGMC, this is the issue I run into. However, you can see that it does remove the flickering on the boat’s ropes.

ReduceFlicker(clip, strength=3, aggressive=1) seems to work fine with the flickering.
This script seemed to work fine for me.
Filters I used are:
  • TIVTC for the combing
  • ReduceFlicker for the flickering
  • Crop for the black bars
  • Checkmate for some of the dot crawlers (especially on the right side of the frame)
  • RainbowSmooth for the rainbows
  • (edge masked) BasicVSR++ to fix the general edges
  • LumaSharpen to emphasize the edges
  • YAHR to lessen the white halos
  • Resized to 1:1 PAR
  • Santiang to remove staircasing artifacts on edges.
There are still rainbows in a few frames, but nothing that annoys me.
