I reset the setting but still have the issue. how can i found the debug out put? do you mean the reports from task in job tab?

When you created this thread you deleted the sentence:

It explains how to create a debug output and what information generally is needed for me to reproduce an issue.
Also uploading a small sample somewhere and share are link with me to the file would also help to reproduce your problem.
