RE: a/v desynchronization - Selur - 09.12.2017 Okay, that is strange your output uses 'yes' and 'no' where mine uses '1' and '0'. -> will adjust Hybrid to accept both and send you a link to a new dev version once this is done. Cu Selur RE: a/v desynchronization - Peter82kr - 09.12.2017 I updated previous post. RE: a/v desynchronization - Selur - 09.12.2017 If you select 'Video: passthrough', the video won't be reencoded and Avisynth won't be used. -> to get video passthrough working for that source enable 'Config->Input->Extraction->Stream extraction with ffmpeg' ![]() The cause for the asynchronicity is mencoder/mplayer not handling the source properly due to the non-standard flagging of the format. During reencoding this is avoided by using Avisynth to decode the content and only using mencoder for the reencoding. During passthrough this is avoided by using FFmpeg for the extraction. ![]() Cu Selur RE: a/v desynchronization - Peter82kr - 09.12.2017 What codeck u use for the first operation? i selected xvid because its AVI synth.
RE: a/v desynchronization - Selur - 09.12.2017 I used x264 and then NVEncC(H265). Haven't used Xvid for years, since all my hardware supports MPEG-4 AVC and my never hardware also can handle MPEG-4 HEVC fine. + encoding with Xvid is slower then encoding to Mpeg-4 AVC for me. ![]() Cu Selur RE: a/v desynchronization - Peter82kr - 09.12.2017 ok thanks i restarted operation with x264. I see some slowdowns during playback but its normal because conversion is in progress audio/video is synced. But i see another problem.Test version makes garbage in temp folder and dont delete files after conversion ![]() And i have set temp path to output path so i need to dig for output files. RE: a/v desynchronization - Selur - 10.12.2017 Unless there is a crash, Hybrid should clean up the files. -> Need details to look into it. |
