afaik. https://github.com/HolyWu/vs-femasr is the only way to use FeMaSR in Vapoursynth.

Yes, I meant adding FineDeHalo and YAHR together. So  you are right, FineDeHalo  helps a little bit.

it should help with rings/halos and the surrounding noise but often is more aggressive than dehalo filters.
As a side note: sometimes it helps to apply a filter multiple times.
To be honest I have not seen any changes adding GLSL AntiRing filter after the two above DeHalo filters. Maybe there is a very subtle difference.
I tried YAHR 2x but YAHR + FineDeHalo has given a little bit better results

So for the time being my workflow is as follows for these Canon G9 640x480 30p files.
1. Filtering - Vapoursynth - DeHalo:  YAHR 1 /16 settings + FineDeHalo default settings, container mkv, Processing video FFV1 and render.
2. Them I open the obtained file and unbox both DeHalo filters and go to the  Filtering - Vapoursynth - Degrain and choose Temporal Degrain AND SMDegrain. The settings are as follows:
a. Temporal Degrain: filtering level pre and postfiltering step, other settings default
b. SMDegrain: Temporal radius 3, prefilter dfttest, other settings default, container mkv, Processing video FFV1 and render.
3. Or after point 1 I open the obtained file, unbox both DeHalo filters and go to the  Filtering - Vapoursynth -
MCDegrain Sharp, Strength 3, Strength (sharp) 0.00, Strength (blur) 0.00, other settings default.
PS I render twice since I tried to use Filter Queue to do everything once but a few errors have appeared...? Maybe I am wrong but probably from a quality standpoint, there is no visible difference, since I use FFV1 and the original footage is so-so.

I would be grateful if somebody could figure out a better workflow to get clean 640x480. I also wonder if somebody could upscale either my processsed files or files improved by somebody else 2x and 4x using any other method.
Thank you in advance. Most of my files are usually family ones, which I would like to improve and they are very important for me and my family.
I have uscaled by NNEDI3 defaults settings 4x and added CAS 0.5 luna filter.

Not sharing how to reproduce the problem, won't get it fixed.
I have just added the filters one after another in filter queue. Tomorrow I shall write more and show what inscription I get.
PS By the way, I have Hybrid and Addons which are one year old. Do you recommend to upgrade?
