Okay, think I found the problem by opening the Vapoursynth Preview and hitting the 'play'-button.

Error on frame 391 request:

Read: Size mismatch for frame 391, is 1000x994 but should be 1000x1000

There are a bunch of frames with different resolutions!

Depending on the caching&co crashes will always appear before 391 (= 0392.png). Smile

-> I suspect the second image sequence has the same problem.

Damn, I didn't know that, if I had checked better we wouldn't have wasted all this time.

Have you checked the numbering in the names? (wild guess would be that a frame is missing)

I tried renaming it with Python, so it should be fine

by the way i downloaded 2024.12.19.1 i downloaded torch and vs-mlrt but i get error in vsviewer;

Looking at "Upscale Archive Evangelion DVDs\HR" same images different solutions and some are broken:

=> This explains why I couldn't reproduce the problem here. Your source files are broken and have different resolutions. Smile

vsViewer.exe is present in the package and works fine here.
Make sure you close any running instances. Deinstall and reinstall Hybrid again.
