Okay,..
I could reproduce the 'preview closing'-issue (I hope) by:
1. disabling deinterlacing
2. setting Support to Avisynth
3. disabling 'No Avisynth during Preview'
if I then
- use the Preview: no problem
- use the Filterview: preview doesn't work
