RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - Selur - 05.02.2023 I ran MBAS and attached a current aomenc (64bit) build. Cu Selur RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - karthauzi - 05.02.2023 Maybe we can try build it with MSVC? https://github.com/staxrip/staxrip/wiki/aomenc Maybe the same Problem, Hybrid have with the ETA Timer Maybe the ETA Timer is working then? EDIT: I have made a CMake > MSVC Compiled Release with Temporal Denoising Support and Internal Encoder Stats on, there was many expirmental features in CMake that i dont have checked to Build. Thats why the File is smaller than selurs i think. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1bSDNcv-0FTO12bK35Ucm4KTCABNMtJAF?usp=sharing Also look this Pictures for Cmake Build functions: https://imgur.com/a/kqlUir9 But still, the ETA Timer isnt woking ![]() RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - Selur - 06.02.2023 I would have been surprised if this was a compiler issue. -> if you want the progress indicator to work, you would need to report the issue to the aomenc developers. (or create your own aomenc build which fixes the issue) Cu Selur RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - karthauzi - 08.02.2023 AOMenc 3.6.0 has been released: https://aomedia.googlesource.com/aom/+/refs/tags/v3.6.0 Changelog: https://aomedia.googlesource.com/aom/+/3c65175b1972da4a1992c1dae2365b48d13f9a8d%5E%21/#F0 New Change since v.3.6.0-rc3: + * Peak compression efficiency in VOD setting is improved by 1%. RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - Selur - 08.02.2023 busy these days, maybe I find some time in the next few days to look at it RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - karthauzi - 08.02.2023 u know what vod settings is? RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - Selur - 08.02.2023 video on demand (VOD), my guess is that this refers to any encoding with speed > 4, but I don't know for sure. RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - karthauzi - 08.02.2023 I have compiled a MSVC x64 Release here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1KQGygAnYFPiA4HZo88wrcO05R0eZot5c?usp=sharing RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - Selur - 09.02.2023 Thanks, I'll compile one using MBAS in the next few days. Cu Selur RE: AOMEnc Disscusion - Selur - 09.02.2023 Since there weren't any additional changes to the command line, Hybrid should still work if you simply replace the Hybrid/64bit/aomenc.exe with your own.
