is there any way to fix blurred frames in this movie? - ssdde - 03.04.2020

feel frames are so blurry, but there is no better one on the Internet. could anyone can check and help how to fix? thanks

That source looks like someone took a bad source and used crappy settings to rencode it.
Tons of compression artifacts (marcroblocks), lots of ghosting, etc.
Looks like someone did some bad blend deinterlacing, then filtered the output badly and used a crappy encoder and/or a too low bitrate.
Personally I wouldn't use such a source,....

yes, but it's been the best version of this movie already, i can't find a better one ,so i want to fix as possible as i can.
