AviSynth - Nervosa - 08.12.2017
I just need help with getting AviSynth on 10.5.1. I installed it on my second laptop running windows 10 and the AviSynth tab is there I can't access any of the features/tabs.

Depending on what you select under 'Filtering->Support' you can either use 'Avisynth' or 'Vapoursynth'.
My guess is you currently haven't selected Avisynth.

Now I'm having an issue where whenever I save the video I've encoded, it only saves as audio with a black screen. I have it set to mp4 so I don't know why this is happening.

I am encoding in x264 on the newest version of hybrid and on windows 10. Audio is passthrough all, 15,000 bit rate, and I changed the frame options in AviSynth to interframe, smooth, smooth and 60 fps. I've done this before with no problem but now it is just converting the footage to audio with a black screen. I have hybrid set to save the file as an mp4 file. I tried changing x264 to Xvid and that changed it to an actual video but its laggy and jumpy.

Sorry, still no way for me to reproduce this.
Since you use Avisynth and interframe: Check whether the Avisynth Preview works.
Since I can't reproduce this here, my guess:
a. there might be a problem with the gpu drivers (and may be some incompatibility with SVP)
b. the GPU might be overclocked
c. something is wrong with any of the calls used, but without a debug output I no clue what the problem is.
