Audio Handling Issues - KitsuHitsuyy - 24.12.2021

Hi!
I'm trying to replace the audio of a video in Hybrid using a custom audio source, I added the FLAC file which I'm going to be replacing the original one but whenever I press the encode button, the output is silent and the message below appears:

Any idea of how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

The notice says it already.
You fif not add your settings to the audio queue.
(Audio->Base->Add current; that's the '+' at the right side of the queue display)
