i Need help finding the audio tab since its no longer in the new version, because when i export a video, there is no audio

Audio-tab handling hasn't changed at all for years.
Audio-tab is only visible if:
a. the necessary tools are present
b. Base->Processing->Audio is configured to anything but 'ignore' and 'passhtrough all'
Looking at your screen shot you set Hybrid that it should 'ignore' the audio, so naturally it does not show the Audio-tab,..
