I want to know how to descale resolution (make it lower) of a video but maybe you can tell me which setting do I need to change for that?

You:
- start Hybrid
- load your source
- enable "Crop/Resize->Base->Resize"
- set the resolution you want under "Crop/Resize->Base->Picture Resize"
