Back home, looked at the screenshots,.. seems like you told Hybrid to run a "2pass 2nd pass" and you never ran a 1st pass of the 2pass encoding.
-> best use 'specific filesize/bitrate (2-pass)' instead,...
This isn't a bug in Hybrid, but a user not knowing what he does,...
