Hello,
is there a possibility to use some fixed multiplier for bitrate calculation based on input video bitrate? I am using in most case a half of AVC bitrate for output HEVC videos. Can this be somehow automated?

No, Hybrid has not option to do this and I don't see any merrit in doing it, so this will not be added.
