Not everything has a tool-tip.
'Balanced Borders' so far has none, so there is nothing to show.
=> suggestions are welcome.

ok.. as a suggestion.. better to delete previous HINT from the right panel

Since everything can have a tool-tip/hint this would mean, that the current hint would disappear as soon as you move the mouse over a part of the gui which has no hint.
Side note: You can right-click on the elements to get the info as a tool-tip.
