Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Wisperer - 10.03.2025 Im not sure if its the case anymore, but i do know NVEnc was diabled on Linux for awhile, But i tried to enable it anyways just to see if i could. However i noticed my 3060 didnt pass the cuda test even though it's listed on Nvidais website as having it. I suspect this is because it's detected as GeForce RTX 3060 Lite Hash Rate. I think its breaking your pattern matching. RE: Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Selur - 10.03.2025 NVEncC support was never enabled for Linux. What does Hybrid exactly report in the Log on startup? I probably can adjust Hybrid to detect the 'GeForce RTX 3060 Lite Hash Rate', but that won't make Hybrid support NVEncC on Linux. => you can try: https://www.mediafire.com/file/eegccstplb4kvv7/Hybrid_Lite_Hash_Rate.zip/file Cu Selur RE: Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Wisperer - 11.03.2025 Well the Good News is that does fix Cuda detection, but now it's trying to load Nvenc now lmao. I just wanted Cuda really. RE: Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Selur - 11.03.2025 Yeah, I enabled the search for NVEncC in that version too. ![]() RE: Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Wisperer - 12.03.2025 is it possible to just get cuda acceleration for encoding without using the AI filters? RE: Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Wisperer - 12.03.2025 to clarify its crashing after trying to load Nvenc RE: Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Selur - 12.03.2025 Uploaded a test version which removed the nvencc support again. If the ffmpeg version on your system support nvenc, Hybrid should show FFNVEnc as encoder option. try: https://www.mediafire.com/file/cmau8ab9vta7cf2/Hybrid.zip/file Cu Selur RE: Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Wisperer - 13.03.2025 interestingly still crashing. it seems it trying to find a default model to load init model defaults RE: Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Selur - 13.03.2025 I'll look into it after work. RE: Linux NVEnc Support on 3060 - Selur - 13.03.2025 Please try whether: https://www.mediafire.com/file/cmau8ab9vta7cf2/Hybrid.zip/file is working better now Cu Selur |
