Hey Selur,
Like in the title. It seems that the CAS when doing stepped resizing does some 90 degree rotation and instead of that rotation being reversed afterwards, it gets applied in the same direction again, which ends up with image being upside down

Can't reproduce this here.
Read sticky, provide a debug output.
