v2.2.0 of ai vs_temporalfix has dropped, and includes adjustable strength.

Info can be found here, these are a godsend for fixing wobbly ai upscales, ideally they should be built with TRT. Information about it is available there on the github.

Latest torch add-on already comes with the version and I uploaded a new dev which also allows using a float instead of an int for strength when torch is used.
