Otherwise you could: use Filtering->Vapoursynth->Other->Restore->sRestore and set Frate to 24fps. (check the different Omodes) use Filtering->Vapoursynth->Other->Select Every with for example (Cycle '5' and Offsets '1 2 3 4' to drop every the 5th frame) use Filtering->Avisynth->Frame->Restore->sRestore and set Frate to 24fps.
