hybrid crash variable fps - kiszeramera - 26.08.2018
I want convert mp4 (x264) to hevc(hvc1) x265 with 2 pass, but after first pass hybrid crashed. Error timecode. The source is variable fps, the output cfps.
What is mistake? Please help.

Sounds like either:
a. you are making something wrong
b. there is a problem with the source
or
c. a bug in Hybrid
atm. I can't really say more than that and: read the sticky
