No Audio Track - StoneCold - 15.12.2018 Hi All, Having an issue where Hybrid doesn't recognize an audio track in a source file even though there definitely is one. Content is a direct rip from a blu-ray disc myself. Same issue doesn't appear to happen with other DTS-HD MA sources. Currently using 2018.12.02.1 on Win10 64bit. I've attached the level 4 debug log. Steps: Added the file, then no audio track is available on base page stream selection or on the audio tab. The mediainfo for the file is as follows: General Unique ID : 9057356513537656880859605233390807967 (0x6D0622754B33BEF161CD2104A136B9F) Complete name : D:\Uncompressed Rips\Westworld\Season 2\Westworld - S02E01 - Journey Into Night.mkv Format : Matroska Format version : Version 2 File size : 10.2 GiB Duration : 1 h 9 min Overall bit rate mode : Variable Overall bit rate : 20.9 Mb/s Movie name : Westworld Season 2:The Door Disc 1 Encoded date : UTC 2018-12-09 21:17:51 Writing application : MakeMKV v1.14.2 win(x64-release) Writing library : libmakemkv v1.14.2 (1.3.5/1.4.7) win(x64-release) Cover : Yes Attachments : cover.jpg Video ID : 1 ID in the original source medium : 4113 (0x1011) Format : AVC Format/Info : Advanced Video Codec Format profile : High@L4.1 Format settings : CABAC / 4 Ref Frames Format settings, CABAC : Yes Format settings, RefFrames : 4 frames Codec ID : V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC Duration : 1 h 9 min Bit rate mode : Variable Bit rate : 18.7 Mb/s Maximum bit rate : 30.0 Mb/s Width : 1 920 pixels Height : 1 080 pixels Display aspect ratio : 16:9 Frame rate mode : Constant Frame rate : 23.976 (24000/1001) FPS Color space : YUV Chroma subsampling : 4:2:0 Bit depth : 8 bits Scan type : Progressive Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.377 Stream size : 9.10 GiB (90%) Language : English Default : No Forced : No Original source medium : Blu-ray Audio ID : 2 ID in the original source medium : 4352 (0x1100) Format : DTS XLL Format/Info : Digital Theater Systems Commercial name : DTS-HD Master Audio Codec ID : A_DTS Duration : 1 h 9 min Bit rate mode : Variable Bit rate : 2 153 kb/s Channel(s) : 6 channels Channel layout : C L R Ls Rs LFE Sampling rate : 48.0 kHz Frame rate : 93.750 FPS (512 SPF) Bit depth : 16 bits Compression mode : Lossless Stream size : 1.05 GiB (10%) Title : Surround 5.1 Language : English Default : Yes Forced : No Original source medium : Blu-ray Text ID : 3 ID in the original source medium : 4608 (0x1200) Format : PGS Codec ID : S_HDMV/PGS Codec ID/Info : Picture based subtitle format used on BDs/HD-DVDs Duration : 1 h 9 min Bit rate : 23.9 kb/s Count of elements : 1235 Stream size : 11.9 MiB (0%) Language : English Default : No Forced : No Original source medium : Blu-ray Menu 00:00:00.000 : en:Chapter 01 00:01:42.435 : en:Chapter 02 00:13:59.630 : en:Chapter 03 00:23:11.181 : en:Chapter 04 00:33:50.319 : en:Chapter 05 00:46:59.483 : en:Chapter 06 00:56:51.074 : en:Chapter 07 01:03:58.376 : en:Chapter 08 01:08:24.391 : en:Chapter 09 RE: No Audio Track - Selur - 15.12.2018 Would need a small sample (you can create on using mkvtoolnix) to reproduce the issue. Cu Selur RE: No Audio Track - StoneCold - 15.12.2018 Something unusual - I created a 1 minute cut from the source file and loaded that in Hybrid and the audio track was recognised. I then tried again to load the original full length source file in Hybrid and no audio track was recognised. I then ran the entire source mkv through mkvtoolnix without modifying any settings. When I load the 'new' source file into Hybrid the audio track was recognised... 1m sample: https://drive.google.com/open?id=16lP_bc5KB00zZmMexAwxZ9EuvKAIILNt RE: No Audio Track - Selur - 16.12.2018 Since the sample doesn't allow to reproduce the issue it won't help me. Pleased create a debug output level 9 of the analysis of the output and share it with me. RE: No Audio Track - Selur - 17.12.2018 Try whether it helps to disable: 'Config->Input->Input Analysis->Ignore all audio on buggy input' (before loading the source into Hybrid) Cu Selur RE: No Audio Track - StoneCold - 17.12.2018 (17.12.2018, 06:08)Selur Wrote: Try whether it helps to disable: 'Config->Input->Input Analysis->Ignore all audio on buggy input' (before loading the source into Hybrid) Thanks, but the same result unfortunately. RE: No Audio Track - Selur - 17.12.2018 Created a new DevVersion which hopefully helps to find why Hybrid doesn't detect the audio on your source. Cu Selur RE: No Audio Track - Selur - 18.12.2018 Think I found the problem, which was triggered by a workaround for MakeMkv. -> will remove the workaround and send you a link to another dev version for testing. Cu Selur RE: No Audio Track - newbi14 - 18.12.2018 Same problem with original blurays of 24H, the original m2ts is recognized, but NvENC conversion, says there is no audio found. It makes only the video conversion.... I have changed to previous prog version, and there is the same problem, no audio recognized, althoug i see the audio anlayzer has found one stream, very rare.... Greatings |
