Wrong Codec - Sandra - 08.02.2019
Hey, since I have installed the lates version the codec format for x265 has changed from 'hvc1' to 'MPEG-4', according to that the Codec ID etc has also changed. This only happened in the general metadata, the video metadata still says "HEVC". When I try to play the video it judders in some players. And yes, the HEVC brand says "hvc1" in my hybrid settings.

Did you check whether the MP4Box call is as it should?
If it is, this might be a bug in MP4Box.
Also try whether it works if you enabled 'XPS'.

I use FFMPEG instead of MP4box, because MP4box crashes all the time.

Try MP4Box with xps turned on.
