Preview and output file is still interlaced.

Yes, Avisynth&Vapoursynth (Filter) Preview can't show Mencoder/FFmpeg deinterlacing.
-> Nothing that I can do about it, it was always this way.

not only the preview does not work. Deinterlacing does not work at all. Interlace is present in the encoded file

Probably happens when mixing Avisynth/Vapoursynth and FFmpeg filters
