If I change the "avisynth" file, then the software will not break?

Sorry, no clue what you are referring to with:

the "avisynth" file

so no clue whether it will break stuff.
If you replace the avisynth files, you might break the Avisynth preview, no clue whether encoding still works.

Ps.: see: https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=183787 => as long as you use 64bit Avisynth it might still work.
(did a small test: updating the 64bit Avisynth libraries, doesn't seem to cause issues)
