GTX1070ti not recognized

I have a GTX1070ti and it's not recognized by hybrid (i'm using the windows version).
There is the following error
Detected the following cards which seem to lack NVIDIA PureVideo support:   GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
No card found that's supported by nvenc, the CUDA encoding library. -> Removing CUDA based encoding support. Card name was compared against: https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-gpus
Is it possible to manually edit a config file to add my GPU?
