Can we please have an updated version of this tutorial using RTX GPUs and also using RIFE or other AI encoders? Thanks!!

Sorry, I don't know any AI encoders.
I updated the list of 'Frame Interpolation' choices for Vapoursynth.
Not much info, since there isn't much to say.
When using a RTX card using TorchRIFE or RIFEmlrt you probably want to enable TensorRT (select it as backend).
