Hello Selur,
It seems that is not recommended to use --fps with --avhw with NVenc, please remove it from the command line when using --avhw.
Please see this post for more details:
https://github.com/rigaya/NVEnc/issues/653
Thanks,
Dan

Will look into it later. " will be ignored or only treated as a hint." sounds more like "can't hurt and might help",...

It is the same comment I posted to rigaya's answer.
But currently, in some cases, like the sample posted in
https://github.com/rigaya/NVEnc/issues/653 it hurt and do not help.

Hello Selur,
rigaya closed the issue
https://github.com/rigaya/NVEnc/issues/653
she is unwilling to fix the issue and the only solution proposed is to remove "--fps" when is used with "--avhw"
so you should manage this situation in Hybrid.
Please at least provide an option to remove "--fps" in NVenc when is enabled NVEnc->Hardware->Only use encoder.
Thanks,
Dan

The dev I uploaded yesteraday doesn't add '--fps' at all (Hybrid doesn't use '--raw'), so that should have fixed the problem.
