To me the values seem correct.

You are misinterpreting those values.

"fps=294" - right= 23.976

that is the processing speed not the video playback speed

"-------------" "bitrate= 1.3kbits/s" - right=39.4 Mb/s

that is the data rate at which the time codes are written, not the video speed

"-------------" video:18440662kB - right=1246927,468 kB

that is the raw video size not the file size,..
