encoded ASS subtitle into video by Hybrid got a different effect with original

yeah, i'm wondering why enabling 'Filtering->Vapoursynth->Misc->Script->Always use Vapoursynth' this setting,

i just only encode using x264, and import subtitle to encode into video, not using any filters at all, why enable Vapoursynth filter can fix?
