seems like time codes were cut, but the input to the encoding wasn't
=> Seems like cut support does not properly work with vfr content.
Dropping the time codes (in case they are not needed) or encoding to cfr should help.
Not sure when I'll try to look into this since I doubt I can properly fix it.
