Regarding the crash:
-> try disabling '--repeat-headers' (x265->Misc->Random Stuff->Repeat headers); not Hybrids fault best complain to the x265&MP4Box teams about it like I did.
(this might fix the other issues too)
Also try enabling: "Config->Internal->Handling->Ignore all input timecodes"
