OTGMC and KNLMeansCL error

Unfortunately the new version doesn't seem to be starting up. I'm getting an error:

"This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows" in "".
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."


I did uninstall the previous version of hybrid beforehand.
