[HELP] Hybrid introducing audio delay that is not present in source material

Only in one of them (mp4:MP4Box with delay compensation), an additional step is introduced before creating the container:
renaming iId_2_aid_1_DELAY_-41ms.aac to iId_2_aid_1_ms.aac

No clue without a debug output. I probably could search which code paths might be the cause of this, but searching blindly will take me hours,..

What's confusing is that if mkv really removed the delay before muxing and doesn't use it, shouldn't the output be the same as when the delay isn't used?
-> like I wrote, need a debug output to look into the code.

Ps.: might also be interessting whether the observersions are still true when he-aac and he-aacv2 are used instead of lc-aac (<- I assume you used lc-aac, since you didn't mention what ou are using,...)
