Crash when using Dotkill

Probably an issue with the build script not builing the latest version -> yes, at least hybrid-vapoursynth-addon/build-plugins/plugin-dotkill.sh is outdated.
-> updated plugin-dotkill.sh (needs c++17 now) Cu Selur
