[BUG] Crash at start 2021.12.12.1 (updated from 2021.07.18.1)

From the tests I've done (removing and booting until I find the profile blocking the boot) I think it's SVEncModelDefaults.xml
But if I reopen the program and manually reinsert the settings for Intel QSV at the next startup crashes (at "init model default" stage).

Edit: I did some more tests and found that the crash happens if that file setting is set for h.265

Okay, so it is an issue with QSVEncC.
-> What happens if you call "QSVEncC.exe --check-features" ?
