[BUG] Crash at start 2021.12.12.1 (updated from 2021.07.18.1)

This is usually the case, but since 2021.07.18.1 Vapoursynth changed it's API and the content that comes with the installer which will cause problems. Which is why the update notice for Hybrid rev 2021.12.05.1 contained:

Ps.: Note that Hybrid switched to Vapoursynth API4 so Vapoursynth, filters and tools usind Vapoursynth need to be updated. Also deinstall old Hybrid before installing this release.
