The image doesn't really explain anything. No clue whether it's from the source or the processed frame an what really is the problem. The circles on the image wihtout explaination don't help.

- don't use that many filters. (simply enabling a ton of denoisers doesn't make sense)
- change the filter order. (moving despot, spotless behind the denoisers usualy helps)
- adjust the parameters of the filters. Default values are rarely optiomal for cartoon/anime like content.
- depending on the sort of artifacts you see using aWarpSharp2 as sharpener might help.
- depending on your hardware using some ml based methods might also be useful.
