Thanks! Darkening (Toon) works well.
I haven't solved some problems with large spots and scratches in high-resolution cartoons yet. But in general, it looks much better, at least SpotLess can sometimes be used on small episodes with the replacement of damaged frames where there is rapid movement and the boundaries are erased. I hope some other solution to this problem will appear in the future.
