Blu ray UHD error

Hybrid wasn't tested with UHD Blu-ray input, so I'm not really surprised that you encountered a problem.
(+ especially I never tested this on a Mac since I don't own a Mac with a UHD Drive)
Looking at the debug output it looks like "mediaInfo --full" only reported:

And since your output doesn't hold any videoID data, Hybrid aborts.
-> Seems like the MediaInfo version Hybrid uses on MacOS is to old or MediaInfo doesn't analyse UHD Blu-rays properly.
It might help to:
a. delete mediainfo_old
b. copy mediainfo to mediaInfo_old
and retry the whole process,.. (kept an older mediainfo version on Mac since there was a bug regarding Blu-ray handling which wasn't fixed for over 1/2 year in mediaInfo)
