Need some help, please. I have an old video that is Pal at 25fps. but the recording wasn't done right. The problem is that every 5th frame is the same as the fourth. So its 1 2 3 4 4 6 7 8 8 10 11 12 12 Is it possible to replace the duplicate frames 4, 8, 12 with an interpolate frame so create a frame 5 9 13? If it is, how do you set it up?
