Okay, to get the result I did:
Rebuild the Vapoursynth plugins (https://github.com/Selur/hybrid-vapoursynth-addon) to get the library for ReduceFlicker.
Update the Vapoursynth scripts (https://github.com/Selur/VapoursynthScriptsInHybrid).
Then try the following in Hybrid

Then try the following in Hybrid
- Start Hybrid
- Load Source
- Crop the image (Left: 12, Top:4, Right: 12, Bottom: 4)
- Enable 'Convert output to PAR' and set it to 'square pixel (1:1)
- Set 'Picture Resize' width to 704.
- Enable 'Bob' in QTGMCs settings.
- Enable 'Denoise->MC Temporal Denoise' and set 'Settings' to 'very high'.
- Enable 'Denoise->SpotLess' with 'Temporal radius' set to 3.
- Enable 'Frame->Stabilize->ReduceFlicker'
- Enable 'Line->Misc->Balanced Borders' and set right to 40. (Sorry, my bad. I mixed up EdgeFixer and BalancedBorders.)
- Enable 'Sharpen->awarSharp2'
