Wie gesagt mit Bitrate stuffing sollte es eigentlich gehen, dass man einen Stream erzeugt der als CBR erkannt wird. Eventuell muss man tsMuxeR andere Werte nehmen, bin wie gesagt selber nicht so firm in der Materie.
