No clue, what the Avisynth Wiki writes about what. Spline16 <> to Spline under 'Frame->Resize->Resizer->fmtconv->Resizer'.
Hybrid also supports spline36/64/144.


Argh, just noticed there's a bug in fmtconv resizer. Sad
